Next in MediaCentral’s series of briefings and tours about Operation Protective Edge, IDF General (res) Uzi Dayan, former IDF chief of operations and former head of Israel’s National Security Council and the PM’s national security adviser, will provide an insider’s perspective and strategic overview of Israel’s options and operations in Gaza.
Prior to and following the briefing, we will visit observation points near Gaza and speak to residents and/or leaders of local communities.
Schedule permitting, the trip will include a visit to Kibbutz Alumim, near the Gaza Strip, where we will see a children’s performance of “Code Red”, a book written by resident Ester Marcus to help children cope with the constant barrage of missiles.
