In consecutive conferences, International Law experts, Prof. Avi Bell and ​Prof. Yuval Shany will discuss the topic while presenting different points of view.

Prof. Avi Bell is a member of the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University and the University of San Diego School of Law, and he serves as a Senior Fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum. His fields of academic research include international law, property and intellectual property law, land use law, the laws of war, and the Arab-Israeli conflict. Professor Bell is considered one of the leading researchers in Israel in the field of economic analysis of law.

Prof. Yuval Shany is the Hersch Lauterpacht Chair in International Law and former Dean of the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also currently serves as a member of the UN Human Rights Committee, Academic Chair of the Minerva Center for Human Rights at the Hebrew University, and Vice President for Research at the Israel Democracy Institute.
