Jewish Extremism and What to do About It

August 4, 2015PAST EVENT

A one-year old child has died and three members of his family were severely injured in firebombing on a family home in Duma. Security authorities believe this was another ‘price tag’ attack identified with Jewish extremists linked to other attacks on churches and mosques.

Our briefing will profile these Jewish extremists who are ideologically motivated to carry out attacks mostly against Arab targets.

Dr. Shlomo Fischer is a lecturer at the Hebrew University and a senior fellow at the Jewish People Policy Institute. He is an expert on Jewish extremism who believes that the recent violent Jewish activity represents a new type of religious authority – that of the violent activists themselves.
