Earlier today, Iran announced that it will no longer fully comply with the nuclear deal signed with the United States and five other nations back in 2015. This follows Washington’s own reneging on the agreement and increased pressure, sending an aircraft carrier to the Middle East. Iran’s partial withdrawal from the deal could be a dangerous development for Israel and the region.

Dr. Emily Landau will discuss the recent developments potential effects on Israel and the Middle East.

Dr. Emily Landau is a senior research fellow at INSS and head of the Arms Control and Regional Security Program, leading its research, conference outreach, and mentorship projects. Dr. Landau has published and lectured extensively on nuclear proliferation, arms control, and regional security dynamics in the Middle East.
